Located 35 km (22 miles) north of the city of Halifax, in the Canadian province of Nova Scotia, it is the eighth with the highest air traffic in the country in terms of passenger traffic. It operates with domestic and international flights to the United States, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe. It is considered one of the best in the world in terms of customer service. It has two tracks and a single terminal with 31 boarding gates. Among the services offered to passengers are: ATMs and a currency exchange office, fast and conventional restaurants, bars, cafes, free WIFI, playgrounds for children and shops. The ground transportation can be done through buses that connect with the city center, as well as with several locations within the Maritime Provinces. Taxi stops are outside the arrival area.
